Thanks for checking out my ad! I’m krystyna, 37 years old, work full time and have 2 small pups. I have a beautifully upgraded 2/1 (shared bathroom.. boo) but I’ll make as many accommodations for you to have your own space..

I don’t drink .. but.. I smoke cigarettes (patio only) and prefer to keep it that way.. so not looking for another cigarette smoker..vaping is totally fine whatever your preference:) I’m pretty chill other than that.. I barely watch TV so the common area is all yours whenever you want to use it.. I have streaming and all the utilities are included in the rent :) I live on the top floor corner unit. I attached pics of the basics of the unit but we can set up a time for you to come by and check out the space!

A few requirements: -no pets (I have 2 small pups already) -No smoking cigerettes (vaping is ok!) -Light drinking ok (I am sober so want to encourage that behavior) -No parties (guests are fine just no parties) -Full time employed (need to check last 3 months of verification for employment. Will not call or reach out to employer, just need to see a paystub)

• can come furnished with dresser and a desk, just need to bring a bed.
