Utilities not included but split 3 ways and on average last year was $110-$120 including cable internet (no cable tv), netflix on living room tv. No pets. Washer/dryer in house. Fully furnished commons, fireplace. The house is central air heat and A/C. Deposit for the room is 1 months rent.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: Great back yard and neighborhood. Walking and biking distance to the diamond, Scott’s Addition, MacArthur Ave Restaurants, Bryan Park and the Farmer’s Market. Two great, easy-going roommates. Perfect location in city. The highway is right next to the neighborhood making it within 10-15 minutes to Downtown, Shockoe Bottom, Short Pump, or Southside.

We’re laid back, do not party but are both sociable. We are two guys in our 20’s and 30’s, looking for someone to split the house with us.
