You will live with 2 males, early 30s, who are both software engineers. Your bathroom will be shared with one of them. Parking is limited but negotiable. Laundry is conveniently also on the 2nd floor. There’s a furnished guest room for residents’ guests. There is central heating.

I am an introvert who enjoys video games, board games, technology, and finance.

The other roommate, who you will share a bathroom with, is a very clean and conscientious extravert who mostly only comes home to sleep and do laundry.
