1 Room available in 3 BR 2 Bath home. This is for a single occupancy only, male or female welcome.
I am moving to SC for changed work address, so this room will be available March 1st through July 31st with options for signing a year long lease. The two tenants who live there are guys in their mid-20’s, are clean, and working professionals. I really like the landlord and his wife.
No pets, smoking, or partying - please respect the roommates who live here. Must be able to pass background check, have working income, and can meet current landlord to discuss move in.
575$/mo covers all utilities, wifi, water etc. 575$ security deposit.
