MASTER BEDROOM FOR RENT! 5 minutes away from Central Park! The room is in a house that includes private bathroom, common living area, dining area, and kitchen. There is parking available. The price includes all utilities and the use of Wi-Fi along with washer and dryer. I am looking for a single person or couple (for an additional $150) who is/are clean, professional and responsible. The lease agreement can be month to month or 6 - 12 months with extensions if needed. I do not allow smoking, or pets on the property.

Neighborhood is quiet and calm so it is expected to be respectful of neighbors and roommates at all times.
