Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking to sublease our entire 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury apartment in Cap Hill/Golden Triangle! The total rent is $2,362 a month + utilities (for two people, the rent would be $1,181 per person evenly split)

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The apartment is 1,000 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom with an attached bath, and both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The apartment is really nice – modern appliances, hardwood floors, high ceilings, in-unit laundry, etc. Bask in the western-facing view of the gorgeous Colorado mountains from the wrap-around balcony!

ABOUT THE COMPLEX: The apartment complex is modern and includes a gym, clubhouse, hot tub, plunge pool, outdoor pet area, grilling stations and optional secured, covered, assigned garage parking. The building has key-fob access, bike storage locker rooms, and a very attentive front desk/lobby.

ABOUT THE LOCATION: The apartment location in the Cap Hill/Golden Triangle area is AMAZING. You can walk to so many incredible restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries (after all, this is Denver!), Civic Center Park and the State Capitol, the Denver Art Museum, bike trails, and so much more. It’s also in an ideal place to be close to downtown and all the Denver happenings, but still have easy access to the mountains!
