It’s about 5 minutes away from Manayunk heading closer to the city. It’s more families and dogs than college kids but our next door neighbors are kids from temple so I do think it’s a good mix. We have a few coffee shops and cute restaurants in walking distance and we are right off Kelly Drive so you can run down there if you like that. 🙂 I have lived in Roxborough and manayunk before for a few years and I do think it’s a little safer. We have one spot in the back and a garage but we don’t really use the garage then there’s permit parking or free street parking a few blocks away. Biggest room available $680
