Ten minutes to 95 or Turnpike. Close to Atlantic Ave. restaurants, 4 miles to beach. Close to Publix, walk to Boys Market. Starting February 15th, renting the front bedroom/with private full bathroom, walk in closet, also includes kitchen, living room and front patio. Community swimming pool, tennis court. 1400.00 Rent includes water, trash, Internet Electric to be discussed. Non negotiable is First, last month and 500.00 deposit required. Private Owners need to utilize a back bedroom for 2 months in 2023 and share kitchen. Will decrease rent the time we are there to be discussed with interested tenant. The rest of the year, it’s your place. Quiet with great neighbors. Willing to discuss your budget. Must have a stable income with references. No pets please, but willing to discuss adult small breed.
