The room includes your own bedroom, bathroom, and closet. The apartment has installed washer and dryer, and also includes utilities and internet in the rent bill. The complex is very close to the UWG campus, so the walk to class is less than 5 minutes! The amenities include a swimming pool, basketball court, volleyball court, indoor gym, tanning beds, dog park, and even a game room.

There are two other roommates who rent out the two other rooms in the apartment, however the only thing that is shared in the apartment is the kitchen, living room, and laundry area.
