About the room
I have a 2bd 2br apartment at Ellington Midtown. It is a very nice apartment right in the center of Atlantic station. I am renewing my lease on April 1st for a year and I am looking for a roommate. Rent will be around $1122 each + utilities which will total up to around $1250 each.
I am collecting a security deposit of $1122 which will be returned when you move out and I am collected the first months rent totaling $2244
to move in.
The property has many amenities and a friendly community. There is a parking garage to park on our floor for safe secure parking for your vehicle. There is an In-Unit washer and dryer for clothes.
If bringing a pet into the apartment you will have to pay a pet fee to the leasing office and I ask that you keep the pet in your room.
The spot is available for viewing whenever I am available.
About the roomies
I am the only one that lives here. I am 27 years old, laid back and very respectful. I have a career in music production and own two businesses. I am not picky with who I will live. All that I ask is for respect, cleanliness, and bills to be paid on time.
