Hey, I own a house in South Daytona and I am looking for two roommates to rent out two of my spare bedrooms. I own a graphic design company. I either work from home or I am on the road. I have a dog named Brody. He is an Aussie. He stays with my mom while I am gone. My house is newly renovated. I currently have one roommate. She’s a female and 24. I am 27 and we are looking for two more two roommates. I would love to grab a coffee and chat to see if you are a good fit. My house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath. With a beautiful back yard and private laundry room. I have two driveways. The house comes with a security system.

As for my daily life, I am typically at the beach or on a zoom call. I enjoy being creative and furthering my career. A typical day at my house looks like this. Nice, chill music playing while coffee brews. I go on the porch to read and play fetch with Brody and then I either go fishing or get to work on some designs for my clients. I am very laid back and like my down time since I have a stressful job. But I also love a night out with my friends in NSB. I am out going and very kind. I am looking for respectful roommates.
