Looking for another female to share my second story 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment right in the middle of Long Beach historic Bluff Heights! Great safe, neighborhood a short walk from the beach.

Rent is $1075 per mont plus utilities. There’s no parking but street parking is alright. Apartment has in unit washer and dryer.

A little about me: I’m 33yo gal from Oregon. I moved down here last August for grad school at CSULB in the Biology program. I love the outdoors and adventuring when I can, but also care about down time. I love traveling, yoga, crafting, along with many other things! I’m 420/BIPOC/LGBTQ+ friendly. I enjoy getting to know my roommates and creating friendships but also love and respect personal time and space. I love pets but don’t have any of my own. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: Open communication. Respectful of one another. Enjoys having occasional gatherings/friends over. Someone in a similar age range. (27-37ish) Someone that cleans up after themselves.
