One story house, small bedroom 9’6“x8’6“. Utilities included. Single Occupancy. Occasional maid cleaning. Should be okay w 420+alcohol in common areas. Parking avail in driveway + street. Strictly No Shoes (tracking outside dirt) inside the house. Lights and TV are on 24/7 in common areas. May not be good for light sleepers due to things like media noise late night. This room is closest to the common areas and front door. Not quite sure on the move in date yet.
About the roomies
I’m a homebody on weekdays. In my 30s. I usually don’t bring parties home anymore. I do not like Trump :( Other than that and a few house rules, I’m usually pretty chill and flexible.
