4br, 3ba 2-story corner-lot home, near a large park and parkway (great for walks and bike rides) and within .5mi of the Bel Air/Safeway shopping centers. Quiet neighbors and street. Backyard has a new pool, fire pit and seating areas and is a shared common area. Downstairs also a shared kitchen, family room and living room w/ pool table, and also a shared washer/dryer. Room for rent is upstairs and has a window facing the driveway and street. Private bathroom located directly adjacent to bedroom. A 2nd bedroom upstairs is unoccupied but is a shared common space for misc. storage items. A 3rd bedroom is also upstairs (roommate 1), but down the hall on the opposite end of the house w/ a dedicated bathroom. The 4th bedroom is downstairs (roommate 2). Rent includes utilities and basic internet, as well as a dedicated parking space in the driveway. There is also dedicated space in the fridge, freezer and pantry for each roommate. There is also extended pantry storage space available upstairs in the shared hallway. Roommates share expense of common area items like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc. (more pics to be added this weekend, currently only had the backyard in my phone)

Both current roommates are middle-aged professional adult males (non-smokers) who mostly work M-F in the morning/afternoon hours. One is the owner of the home, the other is a friend who has rented the other room for the past 3yrs. Both quiet and respectful of one another and looking for a roommate with a similar lifestyle and who is also clean and a non-smoker. Socializing amongst all 3 roommates is welcome and everyone can use the shared areas at the same time, but also not a requirement if you prefer to do your own thing (we are very easy-going and do our own thing a lot). The room for rent is open to males, but the previous roommate was female and the balance worked out well, so female is preferred. Owner also has an English Lab (indoor/outdoor), but he is very friendly with people and gets along well with other dogs and cats.
