About the room
Looking for someone who wants to establish themselves in Atlanta, GA, but need a temporary place to stay for the time being (no more then 6 months at a time - we can revisit stay after 6 months, if needed) - the house is very nice, well kept and clean, super cool neighborhood and neighbors, a very private 2 bed/1 bath space with ALOT of extra space (garage, personal back patio, big walk in closet, and multiple storage places -including linen closet, and garage space as needed) , big nice fenced in backyard (nothing but birds and trees) - 22 mins away from downtown ATL (depending on traffic) off of a main Street ( βTaraβ where there is a lot to do). However, they must have an exit plan - preferably single, BUT must be responsible and drama free. Full Kitchen, Dining room, and Living room included (fully furnished) - and also available for any personal entertainment as long as it an advance notice. (I know pic is a little blurry and I parked a little crooked, but I was somewhat in a rush, lol)
Space available is unfurnished. Deposit is negotiable. Phone/Zoom/Personal interview required before viewing property and/or space.
About the roomies
I am outgoing, responsible, and I travel a lot. I am 34 years old and originally from Florida. The house is a two-level 5 bedroom - which is split - upper and lower level. My space is upper level (3bed/2bath) and the lower level is (2bed/1bath) - Spacious Kitchen, Dining, and living room upstairs. I have been in this house for 3 years - and have two roommates since - one for a year the other for the last 2 years. I am an hybrid employee and move around the city quite often throughout the week. I rarely have company over - however, I do have a young daughter and a few family members that may visit for certain holidays - all of which are mindful and aware of my roommateβs space and personal items (and we are fun to hang out with as well). I am a very private but social person - and easy to get along with. Communication is key to me. Meanwhile, I am very responsible when it comes down to taking care of business. I am looking for a responsible roommate who is respectful of what we have - our space, our neighborhood, and each other.
