About the room

It’s a two bedroom one bathroom apartment on the first floor. The bedroom has a queen size mattress and bed frame in it that my old roommate left that you’re welcome to use or you can get rid of it. I do have a cat named Bowser, he’s harmless once he gets to know you. We would split the bills 50/50. If you dirty something, clean it. We can talk about other cleaning responsibilities, i.e. common areas & the bathroom. You’d buy your groceries and I’d buy mine unless otherwise agreed upon. You do have to pay for parking unless you park on the street. I do have a girlfriend who lives in Charlotte, NC that comes here often and spends time here. She’s nice, friendly and quiet and she stays to herself. You won’t even know she’s here. She’s not here all the time. I don’t mind if you have guests (gf/wife/partner), as long as it’s not an all the time thing as I do get up pretty early for work and I do enjoy my quiet lifestyle. I do have to ask that you not have any kids as my ex roommate had a few and it was a lot for me. Ps place isn’t big enough for a couple
