Furnishings include queen-sized bed, desk/dresser combo and a personal refrigerator.

Central heat/air. Electric/water/gas utilities included. Roommate is responsible for their own Internet (TMobile Home Internet works well at this location). Includes light bathroom/floor cleaning/dusting housekeeping service every other week if desired and if space is kept tidy. Shared common areas are the living/dining rooms, kitchen and laundry facilities.

Please no smoking, drugs or parties. Looking for a responsible roommate with good credit.

The home is within walking distance to the bus stop to JPL and the La Canada Town Center. Ample street parking.

We have two house cats (must take care not to let them out please!) and two dogs. The pets spend most of their time on the secondary/lower level of the house, not on the primary/upper level where the “roomie” room and kitchen/dining/living room areas are located.

The people living in the property are a professional couple (teacher + technology manager), two older teens (one in college and one in high school+college) and a grandparent. We are a very low-key family.
