NO FEE. We have a beautiful room on the 3rd floor for rent, just outside Union Square in Somerville. There is only one roommate on this floor, so it’s like it’s own apartment. This neighborhood is one of the best places in the Boston area to live. Room is available now!

Rent is month to month for $1950 and roughly $60 for utilities (it varies a bit with the seasons) Including electricity, WiFi, Heat, Water etc.

We also have a driveway and space for some storage in the basement.

We are 1.5, 30 somethings that work in tech, fine woodworking and health & fitness…. and one cat on the floor below. House atmosphere is kind and respectful. Everybody communicates with each other well. We have social beers occasionally and smoking is allowed outside on our street view balcony/porch. We like to keep the apartment clean, especially the big shared kitchens (2)… upstairs kitchen does not have a stove, but it’s very functional.
