Kat Young's room

I live in West Asheville. Near Haywood street. It is a 3 bedroom house with a fenced in yard. I am home days and work 4-5 evenings. I have 2 small senior dogs. Healthy quiet lifestyle is necessary. No partiers. You will have the master bedroom with your private bathroom. This is a 3-4 month lease that begins June 1st, 2023. The internet and electricity isn’t included. (Average combo of bills equals $100 each)

I lead a calm but, social life. I drink occasionally. I go see live music, big into cooking, nature and like to have game night with friends. I am home during the day. My days are pretty active and my down time is important to me. I like the community space to be a mutual respect.
