Looking for 2 roommates to go in on renting a house together based out of Hermitage, TN. 2 rooms that are available are private bedrooms, bathroom would be shared between you both. Living room and Kitchen would be shared space as well. Washer and Dryer on site. Rent is 650/month plus split of utilities. Cats are cool. Move in date would be March 1st. I’m a 35 year old single man. Quiet, respectful, fun and nerdy. Pay my bills on time so no problems there. looking for laid back individuals to room with around the same age so 25 and up. I work days and don’t really party anymore. I’m relocating to Nashville from Georgia in 2 weeks, so I’d be checking out the place next weekend (2/11)
