NO DRINKERS!! Single person only, no overnight guests for this room I am considering to rent. It is 10x12 with plenty of closet space and a glass top PC desk if you would like. All utilities are included as well and it is located 1.5 blocks from Chesapeake Bay. It would be perfect for someone new in the military as it is located between little Creek and Chambers field. My main requirement is that you have a job working - NOT FROM HOME- also for sure, as my home is my office

I am 66 and semi-retired and ex-USAF late 1970’s as well as GTE Government Systems [bought out by General Dynamics now] and work from home and I work 3 time zones…in logistics and always up by 4am and then call it a day about 8-9pm
