Evan's room

Seeking self sufficient, responsible, chill, male roommate for Toluca Lake house. The House: 2200sqft, four bedroom, three bath, spread out Spanish style house with lush front and back yards, inc. pool and spa. Full kitchen and fully furnished house. The Room: Single bedroom, approx. 13’ x 12½’, 162 square feet with one closet, approx 4’ x 2½ that stretches from floor to ceiling. Hardwood floors and two decent sized, north facing windows. A full shared bathroom is the next door down with separate tub and standing shower.

The house is shared with four other guys, two gay and two straight, mixed ages, diverse lifestyles and professions, varying schedules. Very respectful, quiet, and clean. We relish the no drama, calm environment we have cultivated, able to be our authentic selves with no judgement. The house and neighborhood offer a real sense of escape in the heart of the city. While we are all social and enjoy entertaining this is by no means a party house.
