Hello! I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my condo, located in East Bremerton. It’s very centrally located to just about everything on the Kitsap peninsula. It’s a 5 min drive to Olympic college, 15 min drive to Silverdale and you can be in downtown port orchard in about 15 min as well. The room itself is incredibly spacious and currently has a bed with pillows and blankets on it. But the rest is up to you to furnish. There is plenty of room for a desk and dresser. We will share a full sized bathroom and other common living areas. Everything else is furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked. I like to keep the living area tidy and free of mess and expect the same from a roommate. My condo doesn’t allow dogs unfortunately and I’m allergic to cats so no pets sadly. I don’t care if you are 420 friendly but please smoke outside!

I am a 28 year old who works two jobs so I am usually pretty busy. I love to spend time with my friends and family when I do have free time but I also love to enjoy time at home and just watch tv. My sleep is super important to me so it’s important to me that my roommate is quiet by 11 pm. I keep the living area tidy and clean and expect a roommate to do the same. I’m a pretty easy going person so as long as you’re respectful and clean we’d get along great. Not looking to have other people over so please no boyfriends or friends. Thanks!
