I’m looking for one roommate who is respectable. There is one room available for 700 not including utilities.

Lots of natural sunlight. The house has plenty of storage space such as garage, cabinets and closet space. I’m not going to lie I don’t own a lot of furniture in the living room or dining room so it has a lot of potential. I’m looking for someone responsible, mature, values communication, and not crazy. Huge yard, garage, laundry room included. I would love to set up an interview and tour.

I keep to myself, I’m introverted and am busy with school and work. The house itself, was recently renovated and there is a small dishwasher that has been added. I own a cat he spends his time with me other than that you probably won’t know he is there. I like books, tea, art, and marvel, I usually get along with everyone, and Ive been described by my friends as the mom of the group or as an old soul.
