Large house on a half acre, super woodsy and quiet neighborhood! House has at-home gym (weights, climb machine, bench). Common areas are furnished. Private landlord! You would share a bathroom with 1 other person, but there are two sinks and a separate entrance to the actual bathroom and sinks.

I’m 29/F, nerdy gamer type. I work remotely in my office and have 1 dog and 1 cat. My roommate is 35/M, also a nerdy gamer type. He works as a videographer and editor on a hybrid schedule. We’re both picked up and respectful of others. Would love someone in a similar stage of life, artsy/nerdy/gamer would be a huge plus!
