Looking for someone to take over part of the lease ASAP.

Currently living in the Nations (west Nashville) and looking for someone to transfer my part of the lease.

This is a 3 story house with a 2 car garage and 3 bed 3.5 bath. 1935 sqft. new build. There is also a community pool.

Base rent is $2750 which doesn’t include utilities and some other fees.

You portion would be $1650 not including utilities and other fees.

The lease ends September 30, 2023. Other rentals for this size is going for well over $3000.

There is already another young women living here so women only please. There is a dog who also lives here as well.

You would get the master bedroom with 2 walk in closets and a larger bathroom with a walk in shower. You also have a space in the garage. There is also a spare room for storage and such at the bottom level.

You can have my portion of the security deposit at the end of the lease ($1275) as long as there is no damage.

Most of everything is already furnished. I’m selling my bedroom furniture and some other stuff as well so let me know if you’re interested in that as well.

My current roommate and her dog are staying. Super clean and works in the area.
