hi! i’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a two bedroom apartment starting may 1st, 2023. the move-in date is flexible. The apartment is a 10 min walk from the Lake Washington waterfront and Kubota Japanese garden (so pretty!). Columbia City is also a close 10 min drive and has great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, record stores, and bookstores. the neighborhood is very quiet, but is still close enough to everything in the city 🖤

• In South Beacon Hill/Rainier Beach - Seattle area • Quiet area with non-disruptive neighbors • 2 bed, 1 bath • Room is a little small, at ~10ft x 9ft • Living room and kitchen • ~$750, + a refundable $750 deposit • Gas, wifi, and electricity is about $90/month • Heat, but no a/c • Street parking • Room not furnished • Triplex • Washer and dryer free, but shared with other two units • Limited/shared storage space • No dishwasher •10 minute drive to Southcenter • Bus route nearby • ~10 minute walk to Light Rail • ~10 minute drive to the airport • Easy access to I-5 • Walking distance from Safeway • There is no tv • No pets • No smoking

you’d be sharing the apt with another lady in her mid 20’s, they work 6 days a week and prefers to mainly keep to themselves. the area is very quiet/residential and is 5 mins from lake washington waterfront! i’m looking for someone asap, so please only respond if you’re ready to move! ☺️💗
