My husband and I recently closed on a new construction home in the Redmond community of Fivepoint in Valencia. Utilities (up to $250/mo) are the tenant’s responsibility. This room is spacious and has a large closet. Storage is also available in the garage, but is limited. Laundry is on premise and shared (1.5yo LG front load set). If you work from home, the office can be shared as well. There is parking on the street or you can park in the garage for $50/mo. There is a level 2 EV charger available. Community offers a fire pit, garden house, club house, pool, and NEV paths. We’re also less than 3 min to the 5.

My husband and I (he’s 30 & I’m 34) have 2 dogs and a cat. Lexa is a female terrier mix (8yo) and Sam is a German Shepard (8yo). Both are pretty docile. My cat, Mee-mow, is a female Calico (3yo) who is extremely shy.
