Chapman Circle

The house is a 3 story building which was Built-in 2017, and is locatedwalking distance from train station to city. On the 1st floor there’s a 1 car garage (Used for storage and trash cans) and also the kitchen and living room that are connected but partially divided by a kitchen island. Also on the 1st floor is a small room which is currently being used as an office and a half bathroom. Back patio has chairs and BBQ. Then on the 2nd floor are the 3 bedrooms and also the laundry room and a couple hallway closets. There is a full bath in the master bedroom and a full bath in hallway for the 2 other bedrooms. Then on the 2nd floor are the 3 bedrooms and also the laundry room and a couple hallway closets. On the 3rd floor is where all the cat stuff is, such as water food liter boxes in a closet. There is also an extra bed in the cat room as well. There is a 2 car driveway with street parking and also 2 parking lots for guests as well. Lawn care and snow removal are taken care of by the home owners association.

One is a male music fan in his mid 60s who works from home. He is friendly, quiet, and often cooks and overall easy going. The other is a barmanager at a country club and works a lot especially during summer. They are 38 in August and is a major sports fan. He has 2 cats as well. The cats roam the house but all their food water and liter are on the third floor so to contain any smell from the cats. Also very easy going.
