Honestly it is a single room in a basement level apartment, but when the rent is only $550 it is well worth it! The main shared space is the kitchen and a single bathroom, there is no living room. Both regularly cleaned! The location is a 20 minute walk from campus and a 10 minute walk from down Eugene!

We are two full time college students and workers, outside of that we tend to keep to our own rooms. We on occasion do like to chill out and watch movies together or just talk, but more than anything we like to respect boundaries!
