It is a year 2000 spacious 4 person, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom split level home with 2 decks, 2 living rooms, a kitchen (with two full sized fridge freezers) and a dining room.
The available room is a 12’ x 10’ bedroom on the upper floor which overlooks greenbelt and shares a bathroom with one other.
Utilities are shared and currently charged at $105/month and include gas, electric, water, garbage, internet.
More info:
- There is no smoking inside the property or in the front of the house. Smoking ok in the backyard or on the decks so long as no smoke enters the house.
- Shoes don’t get worn in the house.
- First, last and $550 deposit. The deposit reserves the room, and first and last are due upon move in. Last month can be paid in installments if needed.
- We’re not open to new cats or dogs at this time, and experience tells us that kids don’t work for the house even if they’re part time.
About the roomies
Come and join our shared house!
We’re a house of young professionals and you’d be living with 2 females and 2 males in their mid 20s and 30s (and we’re looking for similar age group of 20-40). There is one parking space per room and one person per room. The household is very low key and the house is well looked after.
