Looking for a female roommate to share a new, modern, 3-story townhouse located in the new 3Roots community of Sorrento Mesa. Includes a spacious common area with plenty of natural light, shared office/lounge space, and 2-car garage ($50 for parking space). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The available bedroom is unfurnished while the rest of the house is furnished. Quartz countertops, wood cabinets, all-new appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer, Smart Home Technology, and solar energy system (aka lower utility bills). FREE gym membership to the community’s state-of-the-art fitness & recreation center by Fit Athletic (Fit is “Voted 2023 Best Gym in SD”). We are two females in our 30s both working in creative fields, as a video game animator (hybrid work schedule) and graphic designer (works remotely). We are respectful, kind, and keep the common areas very tidy. We generally keep to ourselves but enjoy a nice wine night together or game night once in a while. We have a very low-key, small/medium-sized short-haired dog who sleeps 24/7.
