This property is located in Clinton Hill. This is a great, quiet area that is a short walk from the bus and about a 12 minute walk to both Classon Ave stop and Clinton-Washington stop on the G. The property has full time supers, shared backyard area, package room, bike room ($250 a yr), garage parking ($400+ a month, pending availability) and gym in building. Our unit has washer/dryer and is 3 beds and 2.5 baths. The only thing shared about your room is a shower, but otherwise you fully have your own space. Utilities are usually about $100 each, sometimes more or less depending on the weather. The room pictured is the one that is available and is quite large, especially for New York standards. It has a huge window as well.

Please note this apartment has interior stairs but it accessible to both top and bottom via elevator outside of the apartment. This apartment is located on the first floor, with the bottom windows being level w the sidewalk.

Isabelle (F25) is a producer and actress. She works from home a majority of the week. She likes being active, films, books and loves to try new workout classes. She also loves to cook/bake.

Tara (F28) works in events/music industry and also works from home a majority of the week. She also likes being active, K-pop and exploring the neighborhood.

We are looking for another female identifying person who is very clean/picks up after themselves, especially in common spaces. We are both quiet and respectful of our space, we really value having our home be a sanctuary/escape from busy city life and are looking for someone who also enjoys a more peaceful home. We are both friendly, considerate and career focused young women. No pets, or smoking in the apartment (sorry, allergies & smoke free building!). The apartment is fully furnished, excluding the free room. We look forward to finding someone who is the right match for our awesome apartment!
