He goes to work with me every weekday. The only house rules are: 1) No smoking of any kind 2) No parties 3) Must keep and leave common areas clean when you are finished using them (living room/kitchen/etc) First month's rent and deposit are due prior to moving in. There's a 60 inch TV in the living room, full kitchen, porch, and close proximity parking. I'm very big on keeping shared spaces clean for everyone else.
