Looking to rent out currently open room and bathroom available on main floor of home. Home is located around Holly Hills area in South County, STL. Neighborhood is generally pretty quiet. Bus stop, as well as the local park, are both within walking distance, too.

Amenities include shared kitchen area (with stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher), shared living room/game room, shared patio/deck, and shared storage area. WiFi and cable are available to use, and room has hardwired Ethernet connection, as well.

Additionally, washer and dryer are also available for use, as well as parking out front, too.

All utilities are fully included (including internet and streaming services for the TV, also).

I am male (age 27) and am the primary resident on the property. I live on a separate floor of the house (with a private entrance) that has its own bathroom, kitchen, and living area. So, I very seldom end up using the kitchen or living room area on the main floor. I also work a fair bit, so you might not see me around too often anyway. That said, you’d pretty much have the main floor essentially to your self most of the time.

Other than me, the homeowner might also be here maybe a couple times out of the month. However, he uses this house primarily as a vacation home, so has chosen to rent out the rooms since he’s rarely here (I essentially help to look after the house when he’s not here). When he is here, though, there is an additional separate floor of the house he lives in, but he does, on occasion, sometimes use the shared kitchen/living room area.
