I’m usually pretty busy so I’m not home much but when I’m there I don’t mind hanging out or leaving you to your space. I’m very easy going and just appreciate someone who keeps their space clean and pays the rent on time. I’ve got a little three legged doggo named Bumper. This is my second home so if you rent the entire thing, it will be all yours. If you just rent the room, there may be times I come back and stay for 1-2 days but it’s rare and I always give a heads up in advance.
