I live here by myself at the moment, well except the two cats. Like I said it will be temporary until the condo sells, unless the owner changes her mind. I am a very clean person, organized person would like someone like minded. Must have a stable income. Smoking is ok, but only outside on the balcony. The bills including Electric as long as it doesn’t go over $150/month is so it will be divided between the occupants
