Toni's room

Located off of bates st in bevo mills area. It’s a cute little family 2 story duplex apartment, me and my partner live on the top floor which is only 2stories so it’s not too bad. It’s a quiet area. We have a room available with double French doors, a closet and some nice windows. The bedroom is located jus through the living area. It’s a shared bathroom, and the kitchen is not bad jus not a lot of counter space. Other than tht it has a gas stove and we have laundry in the basement. Also my partner has 2 indoor cats so hopefully thts not a deal breaker. And sadly there isn’t a lot of room for more animals such as cats and dogs. Our roommate jus moved out so the search is real.the sumer time is when the bills go up due to running the air conditioning to keep out the summer heat.

Hmmm there are families with kids below us and two more families across from us. It’s a cozy place to live considering it’s city livin.
