It’s part of the Gardens at Del Ray complex, which is converted military housing, so the buildings are smaller and very quiet. This apartment has updated appliances, a bathroom, and hardwood floors. The gym is located downstairs in the building this apartment is in! The neighborhood is walkable, near running trails, and within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops.
