I am looking for a roommate to fill in for a lease that my present roommate is no longer able to help pay rent for. You would get the master bedroom, and I am only looking for $800 dollars a month (though it would be nice to have someone who makes around $2000 in a month for the purposes of qualifying for the lease). It is a cozy place that is already mostly furnished, though the room itself will be empty and ready for you to stylize within. The complex is wonderfully located, with a shopping center across the high way and transit options within walking distance. There are both a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is also a sheltered parking spot that I will not use and that can be entirely yours.

Options for pets and a garage are available, but they will cost a little extra on your end. Smokers are fine as long as they can take it to the parking lot out front. An renter’s insurance policy for $100,000 is required. I will link the site for the complex below (it will be a two bedroom, one bathroom model), so please let me know if you are interested!

I am your average, gay, nerdy sort of guy, though I am told that I am rather nice and friendly. I think I am okay, trying every day like everyone else. I work night shifts on the weekends, so you will likely see me mostly on weekday afternoons, assuming I am not out enjoying time with friends. I am happy to make it a priority to hang out once in awhile, but mostly, I am happy to keep to myself.
