Hi there!

I have a single room in a 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, in the Salt Lake area. My neighbors are primarily nice family folks and this is an extremely safe neighborhood. You will have your own room, as well as your own vanity/toilet(essentially your own bathroom without a shower - the shower, which we will share, is in the other bathroom).

The living room and kitchen will be communal (washer and dryer in the unit) & utilities will be included in the monthly rent.

This will be a month-to-month lease.

I’m a young professional who works mainly from home. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, playing video games and hiking. I’m open-minded and LGBTQ+ friendly, and am mainly looking for a roommate who is kind, considerate, and responsible.
