This is a beautiful and spacious house in the Park Hill area, about 15 minutes from downtown. The two rooms available come with either a built-in cabinet and bed frame for upstairs, or an attached half bath in the basement. The shower is shared between all 3 tenants. The house comes with an upstairs A/C unit and a washer/dryer combo in the basement. The surrounding area is very safe, and there is plenty of street parking at all times.

Hi all, I am 24 years old and currently working in education. I originally moved here from Florida 2 years ago, and I’ve been loving all the typical Colorado activities like hiking, climbing, and going to concerts! I’ve been living in this house since August, and I’d love to find some cool people to fill out the space. Ideally I’m looking for people who are around my age, mature, and reasonably clean.
