Most of the time it seems like no one is here! You will be sharing the house with me, a retired male and traveling nurses from time to time. We are professionals. friendly. respectful, quiet, trustworthy and responsible. I have a 4 yr old sweet lovable goldendoodle dog. I keep the house clean and we are easy to live with seeking similar. Must be able to pay rent when due. No addicts and no drama. Smoking or vaping outside only. $696 per month includes utilities, yard maintenance and full access to all common spaces. $400 refundable deposit plus $150 cleaning fee.
