Seeking a friendly clean quiet & reliable housemate to share a very nice pool home in North Evansville, several blocks from Green River Rd & Millersburg Rd. Traveling nurse or long term welcome. Great area, very quiet and safe location. Convenient to all amenities including medical centers, Burkhardt Rd & North Green River shopping & restaurants, the new Green River walking/cycling trail & the Deaconnes Sports complex with more trails. Only 15 minutes to downtown. Large 3/4 acre fenced lot with a back porch, pool, firepit and a lake. The house is completely furnished and has been recently remodeled with a large deluxe kitchen, custom cabinets, granite countertops, apron front sink, huge island, large laundry room, new flooring and new appliances. Central air and gas heat. New fireplace, 2 story entry, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths.

The available bedroom has a nice view of the pool, backyard, lake & mature trees. Available bedroom also has new carpet & paint. Queen pencil post bed, new mattress, 2 nightstands, dresser, & ceiling fan. Nice remodeled bath is shared when I have a traveling nurse. The current nurse is here til late August . She works 12 hr graveyard shifts. Good seperation between bedrooms. The other housemate works a lot and travels. He isn’t home much. There are 3 1/2 bathrooms! $675 per month plus equal shared utilities. The house is very quiet and rooms are private. Kitchen has anything needed to cook with. Pantry space and extra refrigerator. You will be sharing the house with a quiet gay male, a hard working friendly straight male a temporary traveling nurse. and my sweet young Goldendoodle dog. We are respectful, responsible, quiet, easy going and friendly. We keep the house clean and are easy to live with seeking similar. Must be able to pay rent and utilities when they are due. No children or other pets.
