Hi, I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my house. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for a little over 4 years and never had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe. Currently it’s just me and my cat living here so it stays quiet most of the time. The bathroom is shared but no one else would use it other than you and the occasional guest. The bedroom is very spacious with a walk in closet. It comes furnished with a queen size bed, night stand, and a tv stand. Newly renovated kitchen with new appliances. It will be a month to month lease depending on the vibes I don’t mind how long or short of a stay you are looking for. Would prefer someone with no animals or kids. I enjoy the arts and have some pieces that aren’t your typical cookie cutter decor. Must have proof of income and be able to pass a background check. Any questions feel free to contact me.
