Hey! The best part about this property is that it is super affordable and fairly safe. If you move in here you’ll have your own room and bathroom. My living room and dining area is fully furnished and you would be welcome to use any cookware or dishes I have. I also have a tiny art space in the storage closet which I am happy to share if you need a place to make art or work on office stuff. Additionally, the garage space open. This is a no pet unit, but my property group accepts applications for ESA animals, formal paperwork is required and they are very serious about their no pet policy. If you do have an ESA, my cat is extremely friendly and would be cool with a buddy.

I am currently an art student and artist assistant. I am quiet, fairly clean, and not home a lot during the day. Usually I’m home at night, and always pretty friendly, but am happy to keep to myself. I cook at home a lot so I use the kitchen regularly. I’m not a big partier and am looking for a roommate who is also looking for a quiet environment. I also have an ESA cat, she is very sweet and loves new friends, and is a huge part of my life. My boyfriend is around sometimes and occasionally stays overnight, but he’s totally normal and not over super often. I am always cool with weed, but I strongly prefer that you smoke on the balcony, in the garage, or at least in your private space.
