Perla's room

The neighborhood is closed community with HOA. You will have your own room with your own bathroom. There’s a backyard, washer and dryer, kitchen amenities, the house is mostly furnished. You would only have to furnish your room.

I have a dog (golden retriever), she’s very friendly. Ideally I am looking for someone who is clean and someone who I get along with to hangout but also have personal space. I enjoy going to the gym, trying new breweries, and traveling.
