Echo Glenn Gated Condominiums Near Sunset Park and Trader Joe’s at GV. You have your own carpet room with an attached bathroom and shower w/ tub. I will be your only housemate. You also have the living room and are free to decorate as you like. I do have a small dog. If you have a small dog or cat, will require additional deposit.

Amenities include: Gated community, fitness center/gym, large pool, parking spots directly at the stairs, in unit washer/dryer, appliances, fireplace

I am quiet, clean, and organised. I am a student/healthcare worker. I have a small dog who is attached to me and follows me everywhere I go. She is well-trained and very clean. She is adopted and had a past abusive home, so she requires a lot of patience to warm up to if you choose to interact with her. She is quiet most of the time, but she may howl on and off when I am not home sometimes due to separation anxiety.
