Up for rent is a single bedroom with a private bath on the second floor of my beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house I’m renting!

Hey there! My name is Jared, and I’m a musician and a full-time video producer. I’m looking for a chill human to come and rent out the spare bedroom in my beautiful 3 bedroom home. I love to entertain and hope to have the occasional wine tasting or small party. Music is my passion, so I’m often in the studio (on the other side of the upstairs hall), but am often wearing headphones (and when I’m not, feel free to tell me to turn it down). Unfortunately can’t accommodate animals. Would love to find someone who can be a roommate and a friend.
