Looking for a single female roommate to share a second / third floor 3 bedroom apartment. The room available is on the second floor and is a large sun filled room - recently painted 2/4/2023.

There are double closets with a small sitting area between.

This room can be furnished or unfurnished.

Furnishings include double bed - with drawer storage underneath - dresser, nightstand and sitting chair. Desk and desk chair are not included in available furnishings.

There is one shared bathroom. There will only be 2 people sharing the bathroom.

The third bedroom is not being rented.

There is a nice eat in kitchen and living room.

There is a large outside deck with grill, couch and table. There is a nice backyard with garden space available and off street parking. Laundry is available on premise.

Rent includes heat, hot water and internet. Electric is by Wallingford Electric and a shared expense.

I’m a single female with 2 adult children who are living out of state. I have 3 fur children (cats) who live at home. I am a very clean and somewhat organized person. I work Monday - Friday 8-5.
I like to craft, read and listen to music.
I love to cook and bake.
