Home can be rented furnished or unfurnished. This two-story home is cozy. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a bar to watch the cook, and a secluded back patio off of the dining area. Open floor plan, Living room with electric fireplace and a half bathroom off the kitchen. Upstairs. the main bedroom has a full bathroom and lots of light, fits a king or queen bed comfortably. Second bedroom fits a queen comfortable and 3rd can fit a queen, however, a full would be more roomy. A perfect location for relaxing after a full day of exploring beautiful and scenic Hood River. Within walking distance to The Heights, restaurants, bars, walking path. No pets.

Rent includes: Sewer/water and garbage. Tent pays electric and internet. Laundry room w/ W&D are onsite - W/D are newish, however, if they stop working (unlikely) you will need to purchase/bring in your own Heating is baseboard Window A/C units are currently available - they work great, however, if they stop working you will need to purchase/bring in your own. Term: one year First/last months and deposit of $2500; First and deposit are due at the time of lease signing; lease is binding. You are responsible for upkeep of the small yards adjacent to the house - really easy One car garage Application fee, credit and background check required. Open to renting master w/bathroom to an individual person @$1500/mo +utilities as described above and second bedroom to an individual person @1000 per month +utilities as described above Utilities would be split between tenants.

We are a quiet couple in our 50s who work in the area but are usually in town 1-2 nights per week. Most of the time it’s just Lori.
